Functional fitness is exercise that trains the body to perform well in activites involved in daily life, such as getting off the floor, carrying heavy loads, and putting something on a shelf. Focused on retention of mobile functioning even as we age.

We love the group fitness setting! Nothing pushes you to give all you've got like others perspiring right beside you, but sometimes a one-on-one approach is best for a beginner or for someone with super-specific goals or training times.

Do you have a little bit of equipment at home or desire to stay within the confines of your personal space with no clue what to do? Full gym access or bodyweight only, we can tailor a program specifically for you. You can even follow our in-house programming to feel like you're part of the SFC crew, wherever you are.

NUTRITION

Out here in the country, we don't always have access to fancy markets or meal services. Meal plans can make you choose from foods you don't even LIKE to eat. Nutrition coaching from us meets you (or "meats" you if you're into it) wherever you are and helps implement gentle and doable changes for physique and performance goals.
